Governance & responsible delivery

Last updated · 3 October 2026

Our consultancy approach is to agree the responsibilities and safeguards appropriate to each engagement. This statement describes how work should be set up; it is not evidence of accreditation or a substitute for project-specific governance.

Scope and accountability

Before work starts, agree the brief, deliverables, decision owners, fees, review points and any limits to the work. Raise conflicts of interest and agree how they will be managed. The commissioning organisation retains its own statutory and clinical responsibilities.

Information governance

Where access to data or systems is needed, agree the purpose, lawful access, controller and processor roles, minimum data required, security arrangements and retention. Identify whether a data protection impact assessment or a data sharing or processing agreement is needed before access is granted.

Clinical systems and safety

Changes that may affect care require the commissioning organisation’s relevant clinical safety and information governance review. Applicable clinical safety standards and responsibilities must be assessed for the specific work; this website does not certify compliance.

Data and insights

Define the source, meaning and limitations of data used for reporting. Check outputs with the teams using them and distinguish observed findings from assumptions. Agree how dashboards and service changes will be maintained.

Concerns and complaints

If you have a concern about our work, contact us on LinkedIn with a brief description and the outcome you are seeking. Do not include patient-identifiable information. A secure route can be agreed where further detail is needed.

Professional claims

The site does not claim CQC registration, ICO registration, DSPT status, ISO certification or NHS endorsement. Any requirement relevant to a proposed engagement must be checked before work begins.
